Description
Karmann Ghia imported from the USA (California) and restored on arrival in France. Bodywork and floorboards restored or changed (there are a few minor defects due to storage near bicycles). Original bumper painted black and not chromed again. The engine has been completely dismantled and reconditioned. It has been refurbished by Rudy Olivenca (VW Specialist) and has barely covered 1, 500 km. The dual carburettor, which is original to the USA, has been retained. The upholstery is good, the rear seat has been redone by a saddler and the soft top is very good. The sprayhood was also made by a saddler. The engine has been reconditioned and the petrol changed to unleaded. The electrics have been redone, the fuel tank changed and a circuit breaker fitted in the glove box.
