1956 BSA B31 Gold Star Evocation 350cc MOTORCYCLE

Retaining its original Birmingham registration, this B31 has had many Gold Star upgrades during a restoration by the late vendor.
An accompanying letter in the history file states the following works have been completed: New fuel tank, seat and headlamp brackets. Forks rebuild with two-way dampers and with new Hagon rear dampers. Alloy wheel rims with s/ s spokes. 8ins Gold Star brake, new mudguard stays, cables and chain. New clutch and a complete rewire with 12V electrics including electronic ignition. The engine has had the following work: Alloy B31 head, new concentric carburettor, crank polished, Gold Star short barrel and con rod. Alpha big end and upgraded oil feed conversion. Gold Star h/ c piston, and valve with cooling inserts. Bronze head studs and new Gold Star exhaust silencer and pipe.
