We are very pleased to offer a virtually unique 1999 Rover Mini Sportspack 1275cc MPi. Finished in Old English white and enhanced with the very sought after full length electric sunroof. Supplied new by Dales Rover of Redruth in Cornwall, the Mini was specified with an enviable list of factory options which is detailed on the original bill of sale. Full Sportspack, Electric sunroof, Horizon blue leather and walnut door caps, over three thousand pounds in extras alone. The results are amazing, it offers a real baby Rolls Royce feel. It has only covered 24 thousand miles in 26 years with just three previous owners. It is accompanied with a comprehensive service history including original Rover sales receipts, fully stamped service book, a raft of invoices and both sets of keys and fobs. This Mini offers a subtle alternative to the Cooper variants with the same performance.
This amazing Mini has just been beautifully upgraded with a mind boggling list of new parts and attention to detail offering its lucky new owner the chance to own a Mini that is not only amazing to drive but also at a level that it could easily win awards at any show. It is accompanied with a three page list of what has just been done and it covers every inch of the Mini. This work is also backed up with a big folder of invoices. No stone has been left unturned and it ranges from a brand new powder coated rear subframe and all fittings, all new suspension and brakes and highly detailed engine bay. There is way too much to list here, hopefully the pictures give some idea of the quality of this Mini. If you are after a special Mini that has had all of the hard work and expense lavished on it then this awesome machine may be the one for you.
On the road this Mini drives very well indeed. The low mileage 1275 engine is virtually silent and the gearbox is precise. It has a stainless DTM exhaust that gives it an excellent sound track, a quick shift makes gear changes effortless and thanks to all new suspension and four new tyres on Speedline Gold alloys the ride is excellent. This is an MPi Mini. which stands for multi point fuel injection, what it really means is that all you need to do to enjoy your Mini is turn the key and go. Further features include a drives airbag, alarm, immobiliser, side impact beams and taller gearing for long distance cruising. This model also has servo operated disc brakes, which again are all new and upgraded on the front with Minifin drums on the rear so it has excellent handling and very effective brakes. This Mini will certainly put a smile on your face, it has bags of power and at the touch of a button the whole driving experience is totally transformed when the roof is open offering the full wind in the hair experience.
This Mini has a fantastic interior, Horizon blue leather seats, matching door cards and dash top rail. Walnut 6 clock dash with Magnolia dials, Walnut door caps and a brand new carpet set. It also has a Kenwood CD/ AUX and a centre console with a 12V for connecting devices, an an oil pressure gauge. This model also has rear seat belts.
The Mini has a fantastic shell and is highly detailed. It has body coloured floor pans, vented sills, detailed boot with a repainted fuel tank and shot blasted and powder coated spare wheel. The whole of the underside is gleaming and with an excellent attention to detail, the engine bay has received the same treatment and is an absolute joy to behold. The paintwork is gleaming and it really does attract a crowd wherever I have taken it. This is a very special Mini, I have just given an overview to illustrate how beautiful it is.
We have fully serviced, checked and driven this Mini and it also has a full MOT so is ready to be driven and enjoyed.
