Very nice MGA with a coursed ‘Le Mans’ look.
Mechanically in excellent condition, with a 1600cc engine fitted with a weber type 40 DCOM carburettor and a free exhaust. This gives it a sporty sound to match the look of the car. An electric fan has been added to keep the engine at temperature in all conditions. The four-speed gearbox works well. The car is equipped with front disc brakes and rear drum brakes.
The bodywork is in very good condition, as is the chassis. There is no rust present. The paintwork is in very good condition. Some modifications have been done to give the car a sportier look, such as the windscreen, which has been removed to fit the two small aeroscreens. The grille has been modified to accommodate a spotlight and the bumpers have been removed. A ‘racing’ fuel cap, bonnet straps, etc. all contribute to the look. All removed parts come with the car.
The interior of the car remains as it was originally, except for the steering wheel, which has been replaced with a moto lita steering wheel, and the gear knob, which has been replaced with an aluminium one.
The soft-top frame and side windows come with the car. A tonneau cover also comes with the car.
