Highly desirable low-use example of Ferrari’s seminal “Big Six” hypercars (288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo, LaFerrari, F80)
Introduced at the 2002 Paris Motor Show, the Ferrari Enzo mimicked a Formula 1 car in both engineering and styling, utilising futuristic materials to achieve maximum weight savings. Pininfarina’s aerodynamically perfected coachwork, penned by designer Ken Okuyama, suggested the shape of an open-wheel race car with a skin wrapped over the wings and cockpit. Nineteen-inch alloy wheels anchored by 15-inch Brembo carbon-ceramic disc brakes and scissor doors completed a car that was highly technological and endlessly fascinating.
A new 6. 0-litre purpose-built engine was dropped into this phenomenal monocoque, the 65-degree Tipo F140B V-12. Featuring racing components such as Nikasil-lined cylinder walls, titanium connecting rods, and a telescoping intake manifold designed to boost torque, the F140B developed 660 horsepower and 657 Nm of torque, earth-shattering metrics even by today’s standards. With power transmitted via a six-speed transaxle actuated with column-mounted paddle-shifters, the Enzo could reach 100 km/ h from standstill in just 3. 65 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/ h, setting a new standard for performance.
Only 498 Enzos were built, ensuring the model’s exquisite engineering was matched by its rarity. As captivating today as it was upon its 2002 introduction, the Ferrari Enzo is undeniably Maranello’s defining millennial hypercar, serving as the genetic link between the sensuous F50 and the hybrid-powered LaFerrari.
Boasting time-capsule condition, including an incredibly low delivery-use odometer reading, this single-owner unicorn-level Enzo is surely one of the most desirable examples one might hope to encounter. Chassis number 137338 was distributed through the Milan-based marque dealership Rosso Corsa, which delivered the car in July 2004 to its buyer, a preferred Ferrari client based in Busto Arsizio. The owner was the scion of a major manufacturing concern based in Italy, and a high-level marque collector who also owned a 275 GTB/ 4 and a 312 T3 grand prix car.
In December 2016, having accrued just 286 kilometres, the Ferrari was submitted to GTO Motors for service. Since that time the car has essentially incurred no use whatsoever, as the odometer still displayed 286 kilometres at the time of cataloguing. Most significantly, in December 2025 the Enzo was factory certified with a Ferrari Classiche “Red Book” that stipulates the presence of the matching-numbers engine and gearbox/ transaxle. This certification provides the Enzo with the ultimate confirmation of authenticity, further bolstering its incredible unicorn state of original condition.
Accompanied by owner’s manuals in the proper pouch (including the documenting warranty booklet), a toolkit, and fitted luggage, this phenomenal delivery-use Enzo would make a crowning addition to any gathering of supercars or modern flagship Ferraris. Chassis number 137338 beautifully exemplifies all the strengths of Maranello’s benchmark millennial hypercar, featuring the brutal performance and take-no-prisoners styling for which the Enzo has become a legend. For collectors in search of a purely presented, unobtanium low-use example, this car presents an unparalleled opportunity.
