This Mercedes-Benz 280 SL Pagoda from 1968 is presented in the classic and very harmonious color combination of silver gray metallic (180) with a green leather interior. The dark green soft top and the silver metallic painted hardtop harmoniously round off the elegant overall appearance.
The vehicle was originally delivered in the USA and imported to Germany in 2012. From October 2013 to March 2015, it underwent a comprehensive full restoration by the renowned Stickel Pagoden Center. All work was carried out with a high standard of craftsmanship and great care and is fully documented by over 300 restoration photos. Since the restoration was completed, the car has been in the same ownership.
The 280 SL has "matching numbers," confirmed by a certificate of authenticity from Mercedes-Benz, as well as a Classic Data rating with a condition grade of 1. The original US specification was professionally converted to German delivery specification. The mileage since full restoration is 12, 980 km, and the vehicle is registered with an H license plate.
