Exterior: The model presented here is a January 1960 CHEVROLET Corvette C1 in the period Coral Red.
After a professional orbitally performed polish by our workshop, we noted a small defect under the paint on the left front wing and a few small cracks on the left rear valance.
The black PVC top is in excellent condition, taut, and shows no fading despite imperfect sealing.
The rear PVC glass is in perfect condition.
The chrome bumpers are perfectly aligned.
We noted some oxidation on the front and rear bumpers as well as a small dent on the right rear bumper.
The chrome trim and accessories are complete and in good condition.
The chrome headlight rings show patina and slight oxidation.
The green-tinted windscreen is also in good condition.
The original chrome mirror is in good condition.
The red vinyl upholstery and matching door panels are in good condition.
The red leatherette door panels are in good condition.
The red vinyl dashboard cap is in good condition.
The original dashboard instruments and clock are fully functional.
Conversely, the dashboard lighting is no longer functional.
The original red Bakelite steering wheel and gear lever show wear.

Compression tests carried out in-house and road test confirm a healthy engine.
The V8 starts immediately, with no smoke or unusual noises and idle is stable, as confirmed by the 360° video with the engine running at the start of the slideshow.
Oil pressure hot is 30 psi at 800 rpm.
Once warm, the engine revs smoothly without hiccups or overheating.
This example is fitted with a Holley four-barrel carburettor and an EPS Performance intake manifold.
Starting efficiency improved by fitting electronic ignition and an Accu Spark Performance loom.
