1937 WOLSELEY 12/ 48The 1937 Wolseley 12/ 48 was a mid-sized British car that marked a transition period for Wolseley Motors, with 1937 being the year the updated Series III model was introduced to replace the Series II. Primarily available as a 4-door saloon, including 'Sliding Head' versions with a sunroof. It was equipped with a four-speed gearbox and pressed-steel 'Easiclean'wheels. The Series III update introduced a new 98-inch wheelbase frame with cruciform bracing and a lower ride height for better stability.
