The example featured on these pages was sold new in Italy in January 1987, through the Mercedes garage in Ancona, on the Adriatic coast, with air conditioning, a radio, alloy wheels, electric driver’s seat. It arrived in France in 1993, in Touraine. Its service book was stamped at just over 100, 000 km in 1996.

The odometer was replaced in 2011, at just over 140, 000 km, and it now shows a little over 12, 000 km. The current owner bought it in 2020 and has since carried out numerous works: air conditioning compressor, fuel system, full ignition, new brakes, stainless steel exhaust, suspension, while upholstery and paint have been redone. The result: a 560 SEC in rare condition. Only the sunroof and the driver’s automatic belt will need attention for the more demanding.
