The 300 hp 560 SEC was the most powerful of the C126 range. Thanks to its 5547 cc V8 (at a speed limit that was anything but thirsty) and maximum torque of 455 Nm at 3750 rpm, it could sprint from 0 to 100 km/ h in 7. 4 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/ h in 29. 2 seconds. Its top speed was electronically limited to 250 km/ h.
The model for sale, registered in July 1987, remained in the same owner's garage for 30 years. After a series of tune-up works (invoiced), it entered the new owner's collection in December 2018 with 59, 045 km (indicated on the invoice and supported by the invoices for the work). Since then, it has traveled approximately 1700 km, making it very comfortable (air conditioning, sunroof) and fun, even on mixed routes, thanks to the standard self-locking differential.
