The Super Glide was introduced in 1971 by Harley-Davidson as a custom model initially produced with a 'boat tail'
Up until then Harley-Davidson stock models were either touring or sportster style machines
Custom bike builders were creating models based on the existing range, so Harley-Davidson introduced a 'factory custom' to appeal to the new market
The Super Glide model evolved over the years until the twin shock Dyna was discontinued in 2017
This 2007 example is presented in highly original condition, with circa 5, 500 recorded miles
One owner from new, purchased from Warrs Harley-Davidson and complete with all its original books, old MOTs, original invoice and two keys
Finished in Sunglo Red and showing minimal signs of use
Garage stored for last 10 years so will require recommissioning before road use
