The mileage is estimated at circa 73, 000 miles from the last MOT dating back to 2012.
First registered in 1959 it spent a portion of its life in the United States before being shipped back to the UK in 2003, where it underwent a comprehensive restoration that wrapped up in 2006.
This rebuild was evidently performed to an exceptionally high standard and remains in great condition today.
The car has been meticulously maintained, kept continuously garaged and strictly out of the rain. Recent maintenance completed in 2023 includes a mechanical service, the installation of a high-torque starter motor and alternator. The car comes with photographic records of the restoration, a collection of historical receipts and invoices.
