This is not an ordinary WRX, but the much rarer WRX 300, making it an increasingly desirable example of Subaru’s legendary rally-bred performance saloon.
This example has been tastefully and comprehensively upgraded, producing an impressive 367BHP, proven on Surrey Rolling Road. At the heart of the setup is an IHI VF43 STI turbo, supported by a Walboro 255 fuel pump, 565cc injectors, upgraded intake and 3-port boost solenoid.
Cooling has also been improved with a larger New Age front-mount intercooler, helping provide consistent performance and allowing the upgraded turbo setup to perform at its best. The result is a seriously capable WRX with strong power delivery while retaining the unmistakable character and soundtrack of Subaru’s turbocharged boxer engine.
Externally, the legendary World Rally Blue Pearl paintwork is perfectly complemented by the Bronze Cosmis Racing alloy wheels, creating the classic blue-and-bronze Subaru combination that has become synonymous with the brand’s rally heritage.
The WRX 300 was already a more exclusive and performance-focused version of the Impreza WRX, and this particular example takes things considerably further.
