Here I have for sale my treasured Volvo 480 Turbo SR, 1991 (H)
SR simply meaning "Sun Roof!"
I am moving abroad and can no longer hold on to my showroom example of this amazing Volvo 480 Turbo.
I searched for months till this popped up and flew from Edinburgh to London to pick it up. The 400 mile journey home was no problem what-so-ever and on 3/ 4 of tank of fuel. Brilliant Fun to drive.

I am a volvo enthusiast and member of the Volvo Owners club. Those of you who know this model know what you are getting with this car. It is so far ahead of it's time and turns heads everywhere it goes.
SERVICE HISTORY- 133k miles with FULL VOLVO SERVICE HISTORY from the West Norfolk volvo centre with a fully stamped service record and all reciepts filed in the sleeves of the origional Volvo service booklet. The car comes with vast quantaties of maintenance receipts including the big ones for new clutch and gear linkages in 2010 - and timingbelt replacement. The recent services have been completed yearly regardless of the fact the car has only done 2k miles a year! I have driven 3k miles in it and have serviced it myself 1k miles ago using only Origional Volvo filters and Castrol Oil as I always do with my Volvos. This car is a great runner, I have never had a problem with it.
BODY WORK- I believe this to be one of the best left. I have yet to see a better one. It is completely rust free. I have tried to make this evident from the pictures. I have always stored it in my heated garage and judging by its condition this has always been the case. The only flaw I can find is a small bubble on on the rubber seal around the front window, also of which I have made clear in a picture. The bodywork produces a beautiful red shine and all windows origional and chip free. They even still have the registration number engraved into them! underneath the car and the the engine bay are both in great condition for its age.
WHEELS- The 15" celebration edition alloy wheels are immaculate. No scuffs or buckles what-so-ever. they come fitted with an almost brand new set of Continental Ecocontact tyres which cost a fortune alone.
INTERIOR AND ELECTRICS - The interior, as you can see from the pictures, is in great condition. The leather seats are brilliant. I would be surprised if the rear ones have ever been sat in. The front seats are heated and come on automatically below 7c. The stereo is origional with tape player and radio working fine although the popup ariel has stopped working (easy fix, £25 off ebay) The front drivers window is automatic and all work fine, including the revolutionary electric sunroof and electric mirrors. if you have left the sunroof or windows open when you get out the car, you just need to turn and hold the key in the lock and everything closes automatically. All the lights work including extra long distance beam, indicators and pop up lights, even the home welcoming approach light option still works.
I hope I have described this car as acurately as possible. I am distraught with having to part company with this brilliant car. It has been maintained regardless of cost and I believe I have priced the car fairly at £850 ono.
