This 1939 Citroen 11BL 'Traction avant' is in lovely 'on-the-button' condition; looking superb in shiny black with original yellow 'Pilote wheels', unworn Michelin X tyres and rebuilt 'Perfo engine. The interior also looks charming in typically Parisienne fabric.
The car was comprehensively and sympathetically restored a few years ago and has since acquired a wonderful patina throughout; looking original and correct.
The history file contains a letter from the Citroen agent in Bordeaux confirming that the car was supplied by them to Monsieur Corraza of l'Avignac de Guyenne, in 1939.
The 'small boot, onze legere ' is apparently the most desirable of pre-war Citroens and is now eligible for V. S. C. C. events.
