Reason for sale to finance a Z1 restoration.
Honda CB 900 FA 1980 in a lovely original metallic Blue as pictures

Lovingly restored over a 5 year period, completely stripped down.
Engine has had new parts as detailed below.
New Honda crankshaft big-end & mains bearings
New Honda primary chain rubber dampers
New Honda cam chain tensioners
New clutch rubbers on the clutch baskets
All new clutch plates
New piston rings
Complete set of new exhaust & inlet valves & valve stem oil seals
2 New cam chains
All new gaskets throughout
Starter clutch has been rebuilt with a new kit
New generator fitted
Engine cylinder bores have been re-honed
Engine repainted in Silver
All engine casings have been polished
Carbs cleaned & new jets & gaskets fitted
New genuine Honda carb inlet rubbers & air filter to carb rubbers
All engine tolerances checked by a specialised local engineering company
Genuine new Honda parts fitted include Oil cooler hoses, all cables, Fork & Dust seals, Caliper seals, Footrest rubbers Front & Rear, All 4 indicators,
All carb clips, Warning light panel, Handlebar switches Left & Right, Fuel Tap, plus many more genuine Honda parts used
Other new parts fitted include Ignition switch, Pair of mirrors, Front master cylinder, Rubber brake hoses Front & Rear, Rear shock absorbers, Side panel badges, helmet lock, chain & sprockets, headlight & rims plus many more.....
All paintwork, new decals, rear mudguard & chain gaurd have been prossionally painted by Andys Bike Services, Derbyshire
New Marving 4 into 2 exhaust system
Forks have been hard re hard chromed by Philpotts of Luton
All black metal parts professionally powder coated in gloss & satin black
All chrome work has been re plated by by Vehicle & General in Bedfordshire
Wheels repainted & new tyres fitted
Seat has been professionally recovered
