The GTS Turbo is the last and most advanced version of the 2 litre V8 models made in the 70. s and 80. s for the Italian market. Equipped with an IHI turbo, wastegate and Behr intercooler, it was technically similar to the contemporary Ferrari supercars 288 GTO and F40 and makes sure the 2 litre version matches the performance of the 3, 2 litre normally aspirated sister model 328. The Intercooler version is more powerful and flexible compared to the preceding 208 Turbo models.
