This beautiful 1951 Mercury Lead Sled 4 door is finished in white coachwork with a contrasting black interior and suicide rear doors. The car was originally from a dry state in the USA and imported into the UK back in 2016 and it is a rust free example.
The car was subject to a full restoration back in 2013/ 14 and both the exterior and interior are in fabulous condition as a result. During this time the interior was finished in high quality black cloth with matching carpets and the original flat head V8 4. 2 litre was also subject to a full rebuild.
The gearbox had a full overhaul late last year which included a new clutch being fitted and it also comes with the old clutch (which is very rare itself) and can be rebuilt for exchange in the future.
The white wall tyres are all in perfect condition with no perishing and the car is fully UK registered with the V5 present and all import taxes paid.
