Model year 1951, built in Chemnitz, GDR
Second hand.
Sold 08/ 04/ 1952 to the first owner, in Paris.
Broke down in the 1960s (21201 km)
Sold (to me, second owner) in 2019 for a major restoration. (873 km since)
Collector's registration.
All original documents are available (original registration document, purchase invoices from 1952, two maintenance invoices from 1954, etc)
Restoration 2019 (I am a mechanical engineer)
- Crankshaft + connecting rod + piston + rings new
- ALL bearings (engine + cycle parts) new + bronze bushes + cables and sheaths
- ENTIRE electrical system, wires, etc.
- 6-volt dynamo + ignition via points replaced by 12V alternator + electronic ignition
- New carburettor (new stock from the 1960s)
- New petrol tap
- New speedometer, new speedometer cable
- All rubbers (except the two front fork gaiters)
- Accelerator grip + switchgear + new mirror + horn
- Exhaust system internally stripped with caustic soda
- Gearbox parts changed (selector shaft, spring + ball bearing)
- Chain
- Air pump
- Hand-painted number plates
- 12V battery + battery tray
- Rust-free tank
Original frame and engine, as per the invoices.

Sold with a LARGE LOT of spare parts, original accessories, inner tubes, etc.
Apart from two interventions in 1954 (two invoices to back it up), this motorcycle has not been touched by anyone other than me during the major restoration in 2019.
STARTS at a quarter turn even when cold. IDLE ultra-stable.
