Description
A fully restored 1927 Studebaker Esrkine Woody, this magnificent vehicle was converted in Spain in the 1940s into a handsome "woody" with wooden rear body panels. Very few vehicles of this type have been preserved as well as this one, which belonged to a landowner of the time who used it to transport workers from the station to the fields where they worked. Having no heirs, the vehicle was donated to the local Provincial Deputation, who auctioned it off, and it was acquired by a collector who restored it to its original condition. The photographs are faithful to their condition. The wood restoration was carried out by a specialist in this type of bodywork. The wood is the original. The paintwork and underbody are in very good condition. The mechanics work well and are up to date. Chrome and rubber are perfect and the original Spanish documentation is up to date with dual registration; It retains the original San Sebastian number plate, but is also registered as a historic vehicle in Spain. All approved; Seller can help arrange guaranteed transport at buyer's expense; Located in Zaragoza, Spain.
