The car has been rebuilt (not restored) and the bodywork was fully treated for corrosion in 2006. The engine has been rebuilt and upgraded to Alpina specification with twin 45 webers.
The original mechanical fuel injection is supplied with the car. The car now has approximately 160 bhp compared to the original 130 bhp.
