Magnificent MGB Roadster with a light preparation to make it easier to use in today’s traffic.
I have been the owner since 2002 and I know it inside out.
Everything has been redone on the car and I still have a substantial number of parts.
My file of invoices is as thick as a city directory.
To return to the level of preparation, I have just carried out an engine optimisation so that it is easier to operate in current traffic. It runs beautifully. For a sporty sound typical of the 60s, a stainless steel exhaust system has been fitted, it is truly enchanting. To improve reliability, the ignition system is a 123 Ignition model and the starter is a lighter and more powerful High Torque. Finally, I installed a FORD T9 gearbox which provides incomparable driving comfort.
All of this preparation allows easy running without worrying about breakdowns. The cherry on top is that the car overall consumes less than an original version since I achieve 8. 5–9 litres per 100 km.
The bodywork was redone 15 years ago and I replaced the carpet with Luxe quality.

Note that this is a car I use almost every day during fine weather.
It’s perfect on our lovely country lanes and major routes, and I have never hesitated to take the motorways at 130 km/ h.
However, if you want to take it out for fun, keep walking. The car will only be test-driven by serious buyers.
