Lancia Aurelia B20 2500 GT Series IV 1954 Chassis N° B20 3291 Lancia Héritage Expertise Certificate Very beautiful and rare Lancia Aurelia B20 2500 GT! A legendary car designed by Lancia's chief designer, Vittorio Jano. At the time, it was the world's first production V6! And that's why the Lancia Aurelia is considered a masterpiece. It combined luxury, comfort and performance to rival Aston Martin DB2s and Porsche 356s, and its track record speaks for itself! It won the 1952 Targa Folio and Louis Chiron's Monte Carlo Rally in 1954, and left the Lancia factory on 27 October 1954 for Holland, where it had 4 owners. The last Dutch owner carried out a complete restoration between 2008 and 2015. A complete photo file with all the stages of the restoration is available, with details of each item: mechanical, bodywork, upholstery, electrical, etc. Among the most important points to note are the complete rebuilding of the engine (rings, connecting rods, pistons, crankshaft rectification, driveshaft), the replacement of the clutch, the complete refurbishment of the braking system and the overhaul of the electrical wiring harness. The upholstery has been completely restored, as has the dashboard. The bodywork was repainted, and the wheels and chrome were restored. Since the restoration, the car has been regularly maintained and serviced in specialist establishments. Aesthetically, the bodywork is very attractive, with a few minor cosmetic defects, as the car has been driven since the restoration. The bumper pads that are not present are sold with the car. They have been completely refurbished. The interior has remained unchanged since the restoration. The instrumentation is functional, and the car has undergone an expert appraisal revealing it to be in good working order and in keeping with its original condition. This is an opportunity to own a motoring icon, and one that is also eligible for the Mille Miglia for lovers of historic rallies. This is undoubtedly one of the finest automobile designs of the 1950s. Visible by appointment. Collector's registration document Invoice file Restoration photo file Expert appraisal
