Description

1974 JENSEN Interceptor MK III (ex works July 1973) of Canadian origin. (previously in Belgium) Registered with a French collector's certificate in my name. The odometer was previously in miles, 5 digits (58650 miles, or 93840 km uncertified), changed on 23/ 03/ 2015 for a meter in KM, showing today: 1676 km (evolving) Chrysler V8 7. 2 litres and 3-speed automatic transmission. The car works perfectly, does not heat up, and has a good oil pressure.                      The following items have been rebuilt or changed (invoices to support this): In 2015, with 1134 km on the clock: - Rebuilt automatic gearbox (original Torqueflite 727) - Exhaust lines - Water pump and tensioner pulley - Spark plugs - Air conditioning compressor and water pump belts - Engine oil change and oil filter - Fuel filter In 2017:
- Steering rack rebuilt (high and low pressure hoses, seal kit, rack supports, bellows) In 2021: - Brake fluid reservoir (x 2) - Expansion tank cap - 4 new tyres (205/ 70 x 15) In 2025 (km odometer : 1580) - Front and rear brake pads - Complete ignition wiring harness - Ignition coil - Vacuum cap for igniter - 8 spark plugs - Air filter - Ranco heating valve and silicone hose - Speedometer cable - Chrome wiper blades and scrapers * Replacement of original leather steering wheel with Nardi wooden steering wheel (the original steering wheel will be replaced with the Nardi one):
- windscreen gasket and front window seals (in anticipation of new paintwork.
- Fuel filter - Rocker cover gaskets - Ignition coil - Radiator fan trigger sensor - 2 used front bumper strips in very good condition (+ 2 in average condition) - Speedometer cable (a second one was reordered by mistake.) - 2 exhaust pipe seals (at the manifold outlets, towards the pipes) - Various literature (Workshop manual, parts catalogue, trade catalogues, CDs, various test magazines, wiring diagrams, etc.) The carpets have just been completely redone, front and rear. The driver's leather seat has just been redone.      The (rare) Webasto flexible sunroof is in perfect condition and operational.                      The radio and cigarette lighter work. The on-board clock does not work. All that remains to be done is to: - Restart the air conditioning (ventilation and heating are working well) - Fit the temperature sensor that triggers the radiator fans (which are currently in forced operation, as soon as the ignition is switched on), including draining and replacement of the coolant (supplied) - A complete paint job is required, including small bodywork (photos of details available on request) The asking price is €25, 000 as is, subject to discussion, or €42, 000 if the paint job is redone and the air conditioning is restarted.
