Description
1988 Peugeot 205 GTI 1. 9, I’ve owned the car for 17 years. It’s a leisure toy that’s been very lightly used in recent years, always garaged. Many mechanical and running gear parts are new: clutch, timing belt and water pump, front shock absorber, tie rods, lower wishbone, starter, and so on. I have receipts for the parts; the mechanical work was done by me and a friend for the major jobs. The car is in its original condition and has never been restored; the big job to plan is a full repaint. The interior is also in its original state; the upholstery is damaged but not torn, seat foam sags and the leather is cracked. The vehicle is fitted with a new stainless steel exhaust system and silencer (Group N) and four PTS wheels in very good condition. I’m selling this car because I don’t use it much any more and a little one has joined the family, so it’s time for me to switch to a 2000s-era sport leisure car. As for the history, I have a few invoices from former owners and many in my name, including the original purchase invoice. The last MOT date is July 2024 and it will, of course, be renewed for the sale. I’ll only respond to serious emails. Regards.
