Citroën U23 Type 23RU, 1946, standard flatbed chassis with steel stake sides and tarpaulin. Hydraulic brakes.
Unladen weight 2, 200 kg.
GVW 3, 500 kg; registration up to date under the new SIV and drivable on a Category B licence.
Military configuration with steel stake sides and a roll bar, no tarpaulin. Very close to the 23LU models from 1940–1941 and to the early 23RU from 1941–1945.
Runs very well, good engine, four new tyres at the rear.
Cinema vehicle, with patina deliberately left as is.
Vehicle usable immediately.
Plans for cab floor, cab rear and door-sill restoration to improve the condition of the cab.
Rear stake body rebuilt without crease, but functional and with a step.
Optional restoration of the seats.
Option to supply bare shells additionally and to restore them. Option to fit two new front tyres at extra cost.
A second U23 with flat wings is also available, restored but with a red cab, black wings and without stake sides or tarpaulin.
