Our Porsche 356 SC, first registered during 1965, now shows 1, 500 km since the engine was rebuilt. Originally Canadian, it has been registered in France for more than 20 years and was acquired by its current owner on 25 June 2024.
This example presents itself in an elegant red shade, retaining its original colour, paired with a black interior. The bodywork is in very good aesthetic condition and the hubcaps are new. The cabin is also in very good condition, with reupholstered seating and a new headlining. The on-board instrumentation works correctly.
Powered by the famous 1. 6-litre flat-four developing 95 hp, paired with a manual gearbox, this 356 SC represents the culmination of the 356 line before the arrival of the 911. The engine was completely rebuilt about 1, 500 km ago and runs perfectly, delivering mechanical pleasure faithful to the spirit of classic Porsches.
Maintenance has been carried out by specialists in classic vehicles. The car has an extensive invoices file covering more than 40 years of history.
