Description
I am selling this beautiful little Italian cabriolet to fund other personal projects.
The drive is pleasant (manual steering) and the seating is comfortable. You won’t go unnoticed behind the wheel of this Italian.
This model, which was first imported to the continent by a German, later made its way to France. I am the 4th lucky owner.
The vehicle therefore has the external markings of the American version (front and rear bumpers), but the entire internal mechanicals related to the American anti-pollution standards of the era have disappeared.
Repairs carried out since I took ownership of the vehicle in 2022:
- Steering linkage and alignment
- New exhaust system
- Carburettor replacement (installation of a Weber 32/ 36 ADHD), full overhaul of the starting system (cables, plugs, distributor)
- Removal of the historic EGR valve system
The last two points date from December/ March 2025/ 2026.
Exterior:
- The underside of the car has been blacked out
- The paint had been redone by the previous owner
- The leather upholstery is original
- The hood is original and was restored by the previous owner
- One point requiring vigilance on the paint/ bodywork (on the right rear wing near the boot)
- The four original Fiat wheels
Included: spare wheel in the boot, with jack. Also the hood protector. Front plate supports and a custom front plate by the previous owner (same format as that of our Swiss neighbours). Car cover.
Collector’s registration document.
Please feel free to contact me for more information or to come and view and test the vehicle. I am not interested in trades (or for a camper base), and I’m not in a hurry to part with it.
