I bought it from one of the biggest (if not the biggest) specialists in classic Mercedes, Classic Sport Leicht

It was delivered new in Italy (I have the DATA CARD with all the original order details), then it headed to the sunny climate of California (I have a copy of the US title) before returning to France in 2009.
In the workshops of Classic Sport Leicht, it has been meticulously maintained and serviced (file available) before I took delivery.
Since I have owned it, it has never spent a night outside. It is regularly serviced.
The hood, the exhaust system have been replaced and I recently had the front carpets redone by an upholsterer.
It has its Hard Top.
It benefits from a special/ unique registration … 230 … and of course a collector’s title.
It starts at the flick of the key, can cover any distance.
The MOT/ CT revealed no faults.
This Pagode has a few minor imperfections but many would envy how beautiful it is after 64 years…

Work carried out by Classic Sport Leicht (the vehicle had 85, 000 km).

Complete refurbishment of all four shock absorbers, steering damper and steering linkage.
Lubrication of the entire running gear.
Complete overhaul of the distributor, disassembly, cleaning, replacement of the points and condenser, reassembly, timing and calibration.
Overhaul of the electrical circuit, cold-start injector, replacement of the starting control sensor.
Overhaul of the starter circuit.
Disassembly of the injection pump accumulator, adjustment of the mixture, check of fuel pressure, lubrication.
Check of all power relays, power loom and the lighting control loom.
Valve-clearance adjustment.
Check of the timing chain tension.
Replacement of alternator and belt
Replacement of the six spark plugs.
Replacement of oil, fuel, and air filters.

Rear axle parts.
Rubbers, springs, suspension and axle/ Panhard rod/ boot + collars/ bearings/ articulation spacers / rubbers push‑rod + axles. Remove axle / Clean. Replace defective parts. Refit the axle.
