For retro and vintage look lovers, this FIAT 500 in its Luxe version will delight you.
A car that largely remains as it was.
Arrived from Italy in 2008, from Cuneo more precisely, it then stayed on the Côte d'Azur with its current owner who is part of Automobile de Cannes.
18 years therefore with which he makes numerous club outings.
The paint has been partially redone where wear appeared but it retains a large part of its original, patinated paint, which gives it a certain charm. One also notes the original paint on the engine hood and in the boot. The idea is not to distort it and to keep as much of its original condition as possible. The chrome is bright and in excellent condition. As a Luxe version, it is equipped with its rear luggage rack and its period suitcase.
The inspection on the lifting platform allowed us to assess a fairly satisfactory state of preservation. It should be noted there is oxidation present in certain areas, which is quite normal given the car’s age. It is a car that regularly hits the road, so wear seems quite normal.
Inside it has kept its old-world charm with vintage period carpets. Only the seats have been redone. Otherwise everything is original and functional.
Under the hood, work has been carried out:
- Fitting of electronic ignition
- Removal/ refit of the carburettor for adjustment (2021)
- Front tyres new
- Replacement of intake and exhaust valves
- Pistons replaced
- Timing kit replaced
The last service was carried out in January 2026 in a specialist workshop.
It comes with its period booklet in which the service stamps are partly found.
It is a car in its original state, fairly well preserved, which can of course be improved over time. But its originality is very appreciable.
