I’m selling a 1951 Dodge WC that used to be the breakdown vehicle from Villars de Lans back in the day.
Very good mechanical condition—starts and runs really well, good oil pressure, doesn’t overheat. The radiator and water pump were replaced, along with the original venturi. The brakes still need redoing (master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake shoes/ lining). The flexible hoses have been replaced.
It can easily get back on the road after the brake work, because it runs like a clock.
It has its registration document (the Carte Grise is still in the previous owner’s name, but it was never declared sold).
M37 winch included. It has all its identification plates, and everything worked electrically too—dynamo charging and the regulator are spot on.
To be restored in its breakdown-vehicle configuration as a tribute to its previous owner.
