CHEVROLET PHAETON 1929 – CLASSIC CAR – WEDDINGS & EVENTS
As part of a professional reorientation, I am selling this magnificent 1929 Chevrolet Phaeton, a rare four-door model with right-hand drive.
With its elegant lines typical of the 1920s, its large chrome grille and convertible top, it immediately catches the eye. It is an ideal motor car for a collector, but also for wedding hire, event services, film productions or tourist tours.
Numerous works have been recently completed:
• Entire electrical harness rebuilt with fuse box
• Converted to 12 volts
• New alternator
• Starter motor replaced
• Addition of an electric cooling fan controlled by thermostat
• Indicators and stalks added
• Dashboard and instrumentation refurbished
• Original instruments carefully preserved
• GPS counter and USB port
• Radiator cleaned and hoses replaced
• Fuel tank and fuel line removed, cleaned and renovated
• Carburettor serviced with float replacement
• Wheels restored and powder-coated
• New Firestone tyres and inner tubes
• MOT obtained in July 2026
• FFVE classic vehicle certificate
• Application for registration document with "classic vehicle" designation currently in progress with ANTS
The car has a striking presence and can accommodate up to four passengers plus the driver. It is particularly suited to upmarket weddings, hotels, photoshoots and audiovisual productions.
As with any motor car nearly a century old, it requires appropriate driving and regular maintenance. Some finishing touches may still be considered depending on the requirements of its future owner.
