Description
Austin Seven Ruby 1935
Brand History
The Austin Seven was unveiled to the public in 1922. Sir Herbert Austin, who would later become Lord Austin, was the driving force behind the Seven's conception. The detailed design was largely carried out by Stanley Edge, who became one of the principal architects in the development of the various Austin Seven models.
Over the years, Austin produced the Seven in a wide variety of body styles, including tourers, saloons, fabric-bodied saloons, sports models and many others.
The Ruby was introduced in 1934 to succeed the Austin Seven RP Saloon. Mechanically, the Ruby was very similar to its predecessor, but its styling and comfort had been considerably improved.

The Engine
The engine is a four-cylinder with a displacement of 747 cc. The car is equipped with a four-speed manual gearbox with reverse.
This charming Austin has remained unused for many years. Due to time constraints, it has remained in storage and its previous owner unfortunately never had the opportunity to complete the necessary work.
The Austin runs and operates correctly, but it still requires a mechanical inspection and some recommissioning work. We believe this should be relatively straightforward.
This charming 1935 Austin Seven Ruby is now for sale.
Asking price: €4, 950
