I am selling my 1996 MG MGF, a lively, agile and iconic sports convertible, ideal and affordable. It can now be registered as a historic vehicle as of this year. Imported a few years ago, the French registration document (carte grise) is in my name. It is right-hand drive, and you get used to it very quickly, making every outing feel more exotic! A few spare parts will come with the car, along with some specialist tools. The headlamps have been changed for French type approval. She has been partly restored. The front subframe has been replaced, as has the entire brake system. The Hydragas spheres have been replaced with fully reconditioned units. I did not want to convert her to a coil spring kit, in order to keep her original comfort and handling character. The hood has been replaced and is in perfect condition, including the heated rear window. She has just had an oil change with a new filter, as well as a new air filter. The timing belt and water pump have also just been replaced. I have also given the fuel system a little clean using a fuel additive. She is fitted with ABS (which was only an option when new) and red leather seats. It is a real pleasure to drive her, and she makes me happy every Sunday on a short run along the coast and to Cars and Coffee meets. Mileage: 99, 800 km. Engine: 1. 8 120 bhp. Fuel: Petrol.
