Description
This Testarossa was delivered new in Switzerland on 5 June 1987; it comes with its original service book and original tool kit. In 2019, it was exported to the Netherlands.
The car has covered only 61, 881 km since leaving the factory and wears the iconic combination of red bodywork with a cream leather interior. It is fitted with a Tubi sports exhaust, which gives it a remarkable sound. As a 1987 model, it has alloy wheels with a single centre-lock nut ('Mono dado').
In August 2023, the car received a major service at Mugello, a Ferrari specialist; in addition to replacing the timing belts, the brakes, tyres and air-conditioning system were attended to.
A superb example of this legendary car! It retains its original engine ('matching numbers'). The car is supplied with its service book, original documentation and tool kit. Registered in the Netherlands, it has a valid roadworthiness test until May 2027.
Price: €165, 000.

Model history
The name 'Testa Rossa' refers to the red colour of the cylinder head covers on Ferrari's competition models. The Testarossa made its debut at the Paris Motor Show in 1984. Designed by Pininfarina, this supercar stood out for its innovative styling, characterised by carefully sculpted aerodynamics and wide side air intakes. Its engine, a flat-12 with four valves per cylinder, was a first for a Ferrari road car; it produced a claimed 390 bhp at 6, 300 rpm (on European-spec models). At the time of its launch, it was the most powerful engine ever fitted to a series-production sports car.
The Ferrari Testarossa made a lasting impression: it became one of the most emblematic models of the 1980s and remains, even today, an exceptional car!
