This Ellena (s/ n 0867) has benefitted from maintenance thru the years by Wayne Sparling, Terry Myr, Tom Yang and Francois Sicard. Emphasis has always been originality and the Ferrari driving experience.
Originally sold by Luigi Chinetti and purchased from the second owner, 0867 has had two modifications by Terry Myr after a complete engine and transmission rebuild to enhance the drive-ability. These modifications were intended to extend the service life of the 3 liter v-12 - an electric fan has been added to the original radiator and a working oil filter replaced the original by-pass filter. All parts are available to return to original.
Midnight blue paint was applied by David Carte of Classic and Sport Auto with a tan interior by Herb Chowaniak and wheels by Precision Wire Wheel.
With the possibility of less than 15 of the original 49 Ellenas in original configuration, 0867 still has its original belly pan and Abarth Exhaust system intact emphasizing the effort to maintain 0867 as built.
