Triumph T100R Daytona 1971.
The late Daytona's must be one of Triumphs most attractive motorcycles . This bike is in good condition with very good paint and chrome . Wheels are newly rimmed with SS rims and spokes . Ignition is Boyer Bransden . Tyres are Avon with a modern profile . It has been refitted with a single Amal concentric carb which was/ is a popular modification to improve running & tick over, changing back to twin concentrics would be straight forward as it retains the twin cable twist grip . The front brake is the period Triumph twin leading shoe type which is one of the best . Fitted with spin on oil filter , just been serviced. This bike goes , handles and stops as it should . Sporty in its day and remains a lovely ride with the classic revvy Daytona motor and fine handling.
