Supplied new by University Motors to Sqn Leader Tim Meadows Clutterbuck DFC on the 21st Jan 1959. Original sales invoice present. T. M. Clutterbuck was a WW2 Spitfire pilot in the Air Recon Squadron.
This vehicle has undergone a 2 year nut and bolt rebuild to concours condition, including a new (not rebuilt) engine built by renowned Twin Cam engine expert Peter Woods, based on new old stock engine block and head, please inquire for more details.
The car has covered just 900 miles since the restoration, so the engine is still being run-in.
