A LITTLE BACKGROUND:
This ML55 AMG has been a southern car for most of its life. Delivered by Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted, Ohio to its first of two owners on December 13th of 2000, it had only driven 27, 000 miles when it relocated with its original owner to Hilton Head in South Carolina. Records show that it continued to be serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head until purchased in January of 2011 by its second owner, who lived in Florida. And it remains in South Florida until today.
COSMETICS:
Brilliant and glossy paint work with only a couple, very minor scratches (see photo). The body is dent free and there are no signs of repair work (clean Carfax). Panel gaps are uniform and appear original to the vehicle, confirming the clean Carfax report.
Extremely clean interior. Wood and dashboard are crack free. Carpeting is free of stains or tears and seats show virtually no wear. No cracks, splits or fading observed on the leather.
Factory headliner is clean and there is no sagging, while A-B-C pillar original upholstery is tight.
Trunk is clean and surrounding plastics are free of scratches. Factory spare tire, tool kit and first aid kit remain unused.
Undercarriage is dry and clean, showing no leaks (confirmed after parking the car, unused for weeks) or rust. Factory markings and labels are still present under the car.
Engine bay is manicured and grime free, all factory labels remain.
MECHANICALS:
This ML55 AMG drives the way it did when new thanks to its very low mileage and thorough reconditioning process to ensure that all systems work as intended. Powerful acceleration and crisp gear shifting are on tap, keeping you glued to most modern "sports" cars. While the ABS braking system aided by new OEM rotors and brake pads will stop you with authority, should you ever run into an emergency.
Dual air conditioning (front and rear) is powerful and cold enough to keep everyone inside comfortable and relaxed even in the middle of a hot and humid Florida summer.
Power windows and mirrors work flawlessly as well.
A comprehensive service was performed by Mercedes-Benz certified technicians within the past 70 miles. This service included the following:

- New OEM (made by Bilstein) rear shock/ strut assemblies.
- New OEM brake rotors and pads.
- New OEM emergency brake shoes.

It is GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, Phone Mirroring capable and it comes pre-loaded with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto Wireless, Waze, Pandora, HD Radio and it is Sirius XM ready.
