A beautiful example 1972 Triumph TR6 UK car 150 BHP fuel injection overdrive car finished in immaculate Sapphire blue with contrasting blue upholstery. The car has a large box file full of receipts and works carried out over the years dating back to the early 80s, to present day. The last keeper has owned the car since 2003 and is a retired professional motor engineer and has maintained the car to a high level carrying out repairs and improvements to the car including but not limited to: unleaded cylinder head, polly bushed, rebuilt gearbox with up rated lay shaft bearings, rebuilt overdrive, TR bitz reconditioned diff, 360 degree crankshaft thrust bearings/ mains &big ends, Bosch fuel pump, metering unit, electronic ignition, fined rear drums, new discs, brake callipers, green stuff pads and more. The car has a recent new hood and was repainted approx 3 years ago to a very good standard. The interior is excellent as so is the dashboard and carpets which look very recent with new under felt also an 8 track stereo is fitted. The cars underside and chassis are excellent and coated with a liberal coating of waxoil as is the rest of the car. The car looks, drives and sounds beautiful and has good oil pressure.
