For sale is this CB550 this is the K model with the lovely four into four CB750 type system, the machine belonged to a friend of mine who lives in France he had been using the bike for the last 5yrs over there I purchased it from him and brought it back to the Uk in the summer, my intention was to keep it but my plans have changed due to the purchase of another bike to add to my collection.
I've ridden and owned lots of more modern bikes R1's, Fireblades Etc..... I had the exact model in the early eighties and on riding one again I rediscovered what a nice bike they are to ride, physically bigger than the CB400 but smaller and better handling than the CB750.
This is an ideal machine for the older enthusiasts amongst us plenty quick enough to keep up with modern traffic, gentle smooth power and Honda quality engineering.
The bike was imported from the US in 1990 and is on an age related plate B** 909S it is in nice original condition with nice paintwork and chrome, however it is 40yrs old so has the odd marks of age. Everything is in good working order, rides excellently has just been serviced with new battery and tyres. The bike is Mot and Tax exempt due to classic vintage status.
