Volkswagen T2 1, 600, 7 seats, Original. from the year 1969, German-made and sold new in California, in very good condition, almost original except for some parts of the paint and the central seat that has been upholstered, the ignition has also been replaced by an electronic one (it keeps the original in a box together with other spare parts). It is registered in Spain as a historical vehicle in 2013, and passes a technical inspection (ITV) every 5 years, the last in 2019 without any failure. Driving it behaves very smooth and maintains all the charm of the 60s, preserving all its original interior materials, additionally it has a handmade bed made by its last owners. They bought it in March 2010 at a dealer in California, and from there, they began a wonderful journey making a documentary to help the most disadvantaged children in Mexico, all of Central and South America, to Patagonia Argentina, there is a lot of documentation and photographs of the trip. It is perfectly ready and can cover any distance on the road. It has a defect in the headliner upholstery and a few small samples of rust on the front but of little importance.
