1964 Ford Consul Cortina 1200 De Luxe, 2dr RHD.
Non-running barn find. Ideal for restoration or rally car replica etc.
Spent most of its life in dry inland part of SA far from the coast.
Very solid & straight body with a few minor rust spots in the usual areas. Bonnet has repairable dents.
Cowl & firewall still in good condition. Doors open and close like a new car. Original seats & dash. Windscreen has small crack. Rear window has crack. Side glass all good.
The rear quarter windows are hinged. Most of the chrome & bright work is in good condition. Grille can be straightened.
Original 1198cc engine & gearbox & driveshaft will be supplied with the car. Probably needs rebuild. Carb & air cleaner are missing.
