For sale is my beautiful, original and extremely rare Mk2 G60 Oettinger factory
painted in Porsche Prussian Blue Metallic.
Built on 22nd February 1991 and sold by Walter Schneider in Siegen Germany this
G60 was registered as SI-JY-959.
It was owned by the same gentleman from new until my friend bought it & imported to Ireland in August 2003 and I took ownership of the car in September 2007.
There are 25 receipts from Schneider dating from 4/ 1991 to 1/ 2001 for regular servicing (the first service at 1, 131km) plus all the receipts for work carried out
by myself & the previous Irish owner.
Oettinger upgrades include a ported & polished head with bigger valves, an uprated cam, Oettinger chip and a 2 piece alloy finned sump.
When I bought the car I had a G-Werks stage 4 charger fitted plus a smaller pulley and twin air intake. (201bhp & 194 lb ft)
The car sits on Koni adjustable coilovers and genuine OZ Turbo wheels in
8 and 9x15.
Fitted with a performance exhaust system, sports cat, black Samco hoses.
Original hoses and airbox come with the car.
Lots of new genuine parts fitted over the years like expansion tank, washer bottle,
PS bottle etc just to keep the car fresh.
Paintwork in 98% good with minor stone chips and a small bubble of rust under LH
quarter window being the only thing to let it down.
There is no other rust on the car and it has been stored inside since new.
I did not want to fix the stone chips as the car is all original paint.
Half leather Recaro interior is beautifully clean, door cards & roof cloth are perfect.
No holes in dash, console or parcel shelf. Original G60 carpets are mint.
I have just fitted 4 new brake calipers, braded hoses, timing belt and done an oil & brake fluid change.
This is a very rare and unrestored G60 and possibly the only one built in this spec?
Its now ready for a new life in the hands of another VW enthusiasts.
