Here for sale is my pride and joy Range Rover P38 layer cake replica,
Up for sale as having far too many vehicles and not enough time to use them all at least one must go,
Owned for 4 years always having the intention of making it into what it is I finally sourced a complete and top condition bull bar and so it began,
During lockdown one the car has been painted in the correct AA yellow including door shuts as most don't do this and it in my opinion looks terrible, it's had air suspension overhaul, head gasket overhaul, steering arms, full brake overhaul (brand new discs pads calipers and carriers fully painted in blue) wheels powder coated and fitted with new Firestone tyres,
The layer cake replica side is done to as exact as I could make it, there are others and none of them stack up to the real deal, the original vehicle was reportedly stolen and burnt not long after filming, but from the film and screen shots I have made this to exactly what It should be only real difference is this is a genuine vogue not the HSE as used in the film, as it has a wood and leather steering wheel, sat nav and all vogue extras but has the correct sandstone trim not black as many believe,
The Range Rover is a 2001 Vogue 4. 6 V8 Thor engine with low miles for year 103k, the chassis and body is in excellent condition, reportedly started life in Europe for the first few years so it's helped,
Only for sale as change in circumstances means I can no longer keep the collection as big and with 6 other Range Rovers I have others to work on
