As a true tribute to its elder, the majestic 300 SL, the SLS coupe and its highly pure design does not leave you indifferent. It is powered by a high-performing engine, a V8 with two ACT per bench and 32 valves producing 571 hp at 6, 800 rpm, which enables it to belong to a very elite group of cars capable of reaching over 300 km/ h. It actually attains that speed quite comfortably since it does reach a top speed of 317 km/ h, with an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/ h in 3. 8 s. Its seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox enables ultra-fast gear shifts and the driver has the choice of several driving modes.
Our magnificent SLS coupe was registered for the first time on 28 April 2010 and delivered new by the Mercedes Saga Dealership in Sables d'Olonne. It has been since that day in the hands of our collector, a great car enthusiast in general but more so of Mercedes-Benz.
With a mileage of less than 14, 500 km, this car is presented here in almost-new condition. Always serviced by the Saga group, it has benefited from particularly meticulous services over the years, with elements stated in the file which witness its seriousness. The present file of invoices does indeed report a periodic inspection almost every year, with the most recent one carried out on 6 May 2021; the car has not been driven much since. It is a particularly well-equipped model which has most options available at the time. These include the electric front seats with memory pack, tyre pressure control, adaptive brake lights, interior and exterior mirrors with automatic day/ night switching, reverse camera, Bang & Olufsen audio system, the bi-xenon headlights, the anti-theft and burglar alarm, the AMG Performance leather steering wheel, AMG twin-spoke rims, an audio system with DVD player… And in a sublime "AMG Alubeam" grey colour, the bodywork showcases the originality of gullwing doors reminiscent of its 300 SL illustrious predecessor. They open into an interior with a black Dinamica headliner and exclusive raspberry red leather upholstery, the elegant design emitting a refined sporty atmosphere. To conclude, this is a very high-level machine, able to compete against the most brilliant supercars, offered in an attractive condition and not to forget, first hand. It is one of the very first examples to be delivered new in France, a collector's car straight from the get go and to be collected without delay.
