Here we have a very rare Bristol 405 Drop Head Coupe, 1 of only 42 made. Presented with cream leather interior with blue piping. Blue carpet and walnut dash. This interior is very well presented and looked after.
The vehicle is powered by a 2 litre straight six engine with pulls exceedingly well throughout the rev range. The car has been converted to disk brakes on the front to aid the modern driver. Visually and mechanically it is a pleasant vehicle to look at and is a fine example of the marque.
Motor magazine in 1954 described this car as being a "true four-seater with attractive lines", going on to mention that the 2 litre engine synonymous with Bristol is an ideal power plant for such a distinguished and luxurious car.
