it is powered by ferrari's 4. 9-litre flat-12 engine, and is driven through the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
in total, only 101 right-hand drive examples of the 512 bb were reserved for the uk market.

it spent 1980-1986 in the canary islands (spain)
it was acquired by me 1st june 2017.
it was the subject of a specialist engine rebuild in 2015 by greypaul ferrari, which was performed alongside overhauls of the suspension, brakes and interior trim.
having been serviced regularly ever since.
it’s accompanied by a large history file, comprising the original owner’s manual and order paperwork, along with numerous maintenance invoices and restoration photographs.
no known bodywork damage
the car was resprayed in its original hue of rosso corsa in 2015 and now presents with no major blemishes.
the alloy wheels are in good order, however their silver paintwork is beginning to bubble, making them good candidates for refurbishment in due course.
inside, the two-tone leather seats have a few age-related creases, but there are no noticeable rips, tear. Or scuffs.
the interior trim items and touchpoints are in good overall condition, with a light ‘patina’ on the air conditioning control panel and the fan controls, in line with the car’s age and use.
there are no known electrical or mechanical faults.
this 512 bb’s most recent service was carried out in march 2021, where technicians at the supercar centre in sheffield changed the engine oil and filters.
under my ownership, the fuel hose has been replaced and a new driver’s side window motor has been fitted.
