A very rare 65 ford ranchero pickup 3. 0 auto. This lovely vehicle was purchased 5 years ago after a conversation with the owner of 48 years following a supermarket car park conversation with a holidaying Brit in Santa Barbara California. The elderly owner agreed to sell and the car was shipped from long beach after spending all of it's life in Santa Barbara California. Since it's arrival it has had a complete engine rebuild, new electrics, new starter motor, alternator and hoses, new shocks, new radiator and wheels and tyres. Brake conversion from drums to discs. New stereo system, upgraded clocks and instruments added. The interior and carpets have also been replaced to original spec. A brand new tonneau cover has just been fitted... the flat bed is in superb condition. Basically thousands have been spent to make this great vehicle both very reliable and safe for modern driving. Very original with one paint job 25 years ago... lovely patina with no dents and absolutely no rust at all!! A true time warp ranchero and everything works correctly. I purchased it in the summer and planned to take it to Mallorca.. however my plans have changed hence the reason for selling. It drives and performs very well with NO rattles or creaks.. very tight.
