JAKE WRIGHT'S FAMOUS SPECIALIST IN LAND ROVER'S FOR ALMOST 50 YEARS are pleased to celebrate land rover's seventieth birthday by announcing that we made a land rover special edition model to look just like the recently announced factory built 70th anniversary reborn edition.

The land rover we chose was based on a 1994 300 tdi, 90 , the 300 being the best engine for long life , ease of maintenance , giving good economy and is easily repaired in the remotest parts of the world so being the choice of over-lander's army's and enthusiasts.
There is no reason why this land rover cannot last for ever !

This land rover has been a nut and bolt rebuild from the ground up with our usual attention to detail with safety and reliability being a major factor.

The chassis has been hot dipped and powder coated and on to this we have fitted the completely rebuilt and powder axles which have had new brake callipers and disks as well as seals, etc.

New suspension items have been fitted including all the bushes shock absorber's and springs.

The engine has had the cylinder head removed for inspection , the cam belt replaced along with the rear crank seal, new clutch, new turbo, new injector pump , etc , etc

The body had been completely refurbished and new doors have been fitted and all painted separately with a pearlescent paint "Firenze Red" which gives a stunning appearance in differing shades of light.

The under body has been completely treated with wax treatment to help preserve this one off vehicle !

The interior has been upgraded with heated front seats with XS half leather upholstery with a matching hi spec Cubby box in the centre.

A top quality carpet set has been fitted to the front which complements the new seats.
Rear bench seats matching the front in XS half leather have been fitted and a genuine land rover rubber mat protects the floor and this is easily cleaned.

A complete new roof lining has also been installed to finish off the great looking interior.

We have fitted an extra Terrafirma dash panel to house the CD radio and extra switches for the heated seats and the switch for the newly fitted heated front windscreen. This panel has more room to install extra switches if required. .

The wheels are 16" "Sawtooth alloys" which we have had "Diamond turned" to look exactly like the factory items and these are fitted with BF Goodrich All terrain tyres.

To finish it off we have even got a "WKS" registration number for it just like the "works" 70th editions. M70WKS !

I believe that all the factory built examples have already been sold so this must be your best chance of owning a great looking 70TH anniversary edition Defender !
